Prenatal Lactation Consultation

This visit focuses on helping families understand what to expect during the first days and weeks after birth and creating a feeding plan that aligns with your goals.
Topics may include early milk production, latch and positioning basics, pumping and bottles, and how to recognize common feeding challenges.

Initial Lactation Consultation

A comprehensive consultation designed to assess feeding and develop a personalized plan for you and your baby. Includes follow up messaging support after your visit.

During this visit we review your feeding goals, discuss your pregnancy and birth experience, observe a feeding, and address concerns such as latch and positioning, nipple pain, milk supply, pumping, bottle feeding, or infant feeding behaviors.
You will leave with practical guidance and a care plan tailored to your family’s needs.
Includes up to 14 days of follow-up messaging for questions related to your care plan or feeding progress.
Follow Up Lactation Consultation
60-75min - In Home
For families who have previously had a consultation with R&R Motherhood and would benefit from continued support as feeding evolves. Includes follow up messaging support after your visit.

Follow-up visits allow us to reassess feeding, review progress, adjust strategies, and address any new questions or challenges that arise.
Includes up to 14 days of follow-up messaging related to your feeding plan.
Flange Fitting Consultation

A focused visit to optimize pumping efficiency because using the right flange size can make a huge difference in output and comfort. Includes follow up messaging support after your visit.

During this appointment we assess flange size, review pump settings and technique, and troubleshoot pumping challenges to optimize your pumping sessions.

Virtual Lactation Consultation

Virtual support for feeding questions, pumping plans, return to work, weaning and other concerns that can be addressed remotely. Includes follow up messaging support after your visit.
